Once I start working on the piece, some changes become much more difficult to make. I’m happy to make minor modifications within reason. Larger changes may require additional fees, or a new commission

Legal Information. Unless otherwise stated, all artwork I create remains my intellectual property. However, this commission is an exception to my standard terms due to the increased level of detail, rendering quality, and the additional fee paid for full ownership transfer. For these commission, full ownership of the artwork is transferred to the buyer upon completion and full payment. The buyer is granted the right to use the artwork for commercial and non-commercial purposes, including but not limited to merchandise, book covers, published materials, and digital or physical distribution. The artwork shall become the buyer’s property as an owned creative asset. The buyer may sell, reproduce, and monetize the artwork in any form provided that clear and visible credit to the artist is given in all uses where credit is reasonably possible. I retain the right to be credited as the original artist, but I waive exclusive control over the artwork’s use for this commission. No NFTs, sublicensing, or resale of the artwork as standalone art files is permitted unless explicitly agreed upon in writing. Due to the ownership transfer and expanded usage rights, this artwork is produced at a significantly higher level of detail, rendering, and overall quality than standard commissions. Pricing reflects this increased labor, complexity, and rights transfer, and may vary depending on the level of detail requested.
